Hotel accommodation

Hotel accommodation for participants are offered in the hotel “Moskovskiye Vorota” (Forum venue) at a special discounted price during the period November 26 – 30, 2024

Reservation and payment procedure:
For the hotel booking and payment please use the procedure of online-registration:
– Enter online-registration section using your login and password.
– Click “Hotel Accommodation”.
– Please note, your check-in and check-out dates, time of arrival and departure, comments.
If two participants want to share a room (with two beds), ONLY ONE of them should book it and enter the name of his/her room-fellow in the “Comments” box of the Hotel Accommodation section. The option of booking a bed in a double room is available only if your room-fellow intends to stay for the same time period. If not, the accommodation in a single room will be offered.
– Press the button “Submit”
– Go to the section “Payments” and choose the way of payment. To find more information about the payment procedure see “Payment information” section.

Check-in time: after 15:00
Check-out time: before 12:00
If you want to stay before or/and after this period or in the rooms of other categories please contact forum manager. Hotel reservation will be confirmed ONLY after receiving first night prepayment.

Deadlines:
Reservation and payment deadline is October 25, 2024. After that date, hotel accommodation only upon request by e-mail: venous@onlinereg.ru

Cancellation terms:
For cancellations received before and on November 8, 2024 the sum of payment will be refunded completely (minus banking costs).
If cancellation is made after November 8, 2024 till your check-in date, the cost of one night stay and the amount of banking costs will be kept back. The rest of the payment will be reimbursed.
All banking costs are covered by the participant.
